Retirement

Covenant offers two retirement plans from which employees may choose: TIAA-CREF and AIG VALIC. All employees are eligible to designate a percentage of their pay to a retirement fund, and Covenant provides a 100% matching contribution to individual retirement funds up to 5%. Employees wishing to contribute more than 5% may set up a supplemental retirement account.
