Professional Interests

Teaching:  Physical Chemistry and Instrumental Analysis.  Development of general/physical/analytical laboratory programs.  Computers as tools for automation as well as data reduction.  Fostering an appreciation for the glory of God in the physical creation.

Research:  Electrochemistry and magnetic resonance of transition metal complexes, occurrence of higher oxidation states of transition metals, synthesis and characterization of novel crown thioether complexes of the heavier metals.
