Beginning with fall 2010, students interested in teaching in the following fields should complete a major in that field at the undergraduate level along with the education minor, followed by completion of a fifth year in the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) program. These fields are:

• Art
• Biblical Studies
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Economics
• English
• French
• History
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Spanish
• Theatre
