2012 Educators Conference Registration


The cost to register is $75 prior to the registration deadline of February 17, 2012 and rises to $100 thereafter. The registration fee is nonrefundable after the registration deadline. The fee includes conference attendance, lunch, refreshments, and your choice of one of Dr. Graham’s books.

  • If you wish to register more than one person from your school, you may list additional names in the Comments/Notes box below. This will allow you to pay one lump sum for all members of your group. Please include an e-mail address along with each name listed since the e-mail address is critical for the registration process.
