Study Abroad

While Covenant College provides a wonderful community on top of Lookout Mountain, we also want to encourage students to apply their education in other cultures and contexts. Students can spend a semester or a summer living, serving, and studying in another country or context. Covenant students can choose from 20 approved international locations, as well as several U.S. options.

Begin your planning process by exploring this site and attending a general information session.

“Because of the self motivation involved in studying abroad (and the unique climate of Oxford) I feel much more prepared for my senior year at Covenant, particularly the SIP project. It also showed me what aspects of education are truly important on an international scale, namely the ability to practice and apply learning rather than the mastery of a particular subject. After studying abroad, I am excited about using my last year of college to take advantage of the unique opportunities Covenant provides.”
