September 29 - October 1	Campus Preview Weekend
December 1	Request PIN for FAFSA processing.
December 1	MacLellan, Leadership, Economics/Community Development, Donaldson Memorial Science, Emerging Artist, Future Teacher, Genesis 1:28 Business, Computer Science, Church Involvement Scholarship and Wilberforce Scholarship applications deadline. Admission and Scholarship files must be completed to be considered for these scholarships.
January 1	The FAFSA may be submitted to the Department of Education. The earliest applications received will get priority when scholarships and grants are awarded. (The school code for Covenant College is 003484.)
January 6	MacLellan, Leadership, Economics/Community Development, Donaldson Memorial Science, Emerging Artist, Future Teacher, Genesis 1:28 Business, Computer Science, Church Involvement Scholarship and Wilberforce Scholarship semi-finalist decisions made and invitations extended to final interview on campus.
January 26-28	Scholarship Weekend- interviews held on campus- by invitation only for: MacLellan, Leadership, Economics/Community Development, Donaldson Memorial Science, Emerging Artist, Future Teacher, Genesis 1:28 Business, Computer Science, Church Involvement Scholarship and Wilberforce Scholarships.
February 10	MacLellan, Leadership, Economics/Community Development, Donaldson Memorial Science, Emerging Artist, Future Teacher, Genesis 1:28 Business, Computer Science, Church Involvement Scholarship and Wilberforce Scholarship recipients chosen.
February 27	MacLellan, Leadership, Economics/Community Development, Donaldson Memorial Science, Emerging Artist, Future Teacher, Genesis 1:28 Business, Computer Science, Church Involvement Scholarship and Wilberforce Scholarship acceptance deadline.
March 1	The last day for receipt of FAFSA results (SAR) in the Financial Aid Office for priority consideration of financial aid awarding.
March - June	Returning Students receive financial aid award.
March 29-31	Campus Preview Weekend
April 15	Students and parents update FAFSA on the web using completed tax information.
June 1	Financial Aid files must be completed - including verification.
July - August	Student Employment contracts and information e-mailed to student’s Covenant account.

IMPORTANT: ALL ITEMS MUST REACH THE FINANCIAL AID OFFICE BY THE DATE LISTED, NOT POSTMARKED BY THE DATE.
