Favorite Covenant College event:
80’s skate night, by far. Piling a bunch of guys in a car to go thrift shopping for '80s sweat-suits never gets old. Weaving in and out of people with “The Final Countdown” really gets the adrenaline pumping. Cap it all off with Steak-n-Shake or City Café and you have one amazing night.
Most influential class at Covenant:
Christian Issues in Psychology with Dr. Wright. As a freshman this class helped expose me to the historical and current trains of thought in the relationship between psychology and Christianity, as well as help illuminate and shape my own personal beliefs regarding the issues.
Most influential experience at Covenant:
SEPA (South Eastern Psychological Association). Every Spring the psychology department takes a class of students to the SEPA Convention to expand and deepen their knowledge and understanding in the various fields of psychology. It is a great opportunity learn, network, and represent Christ.
Co-curricular activities during college:
Invisible Children Club, Discipleship Coordinator, Diversity Leader, Diversity Mentor, Intramural Basketball, Intramural Football
Why you chose Covenant:
A deep conviction and desire to receive a liberal arts education in which every subject is rooted in the kingship of Christ.
