Major at Covenant:
Community Development
Most influential experience at Covenant:
Spending a summer in New York City for my Community Development internship. It was invaluable to put the things I was learning into practice while still being coached by my professors and receiving valuable input from my peers. This summer stretched me and showed me unique ways that I could use my gifts and abilities.
Why I chose Covenant:
It was the professors and the mountain that drew me to Covenant. When I visited, I fell in love with the campus setting. I witnessed the opportunity to learn from men and women who had devoted their lives to understanding Christ’s preeminence in their discipline. I also felt truly valued by the professors who took the time to invest in me even as a prospective student. I knew that I wanted that type of mentorship in the college environment.
Hometown:
Odessa, Ukraine
My co-curricular activities during college:
Bagpipe (student newspaper) - layout, Hall Council, Resident Assistant
Favorite Covenant College event:
Battleball, Pancakes at Dr. Kaufmann’s house, Homecoming and the Mountain Top Classic, Rymer Cup, Carter Prayer and Praise
