You loved it it again.

If you are an alumnus of Covenant College, you remember how much you loved living on Lookout Mountain. Now you have the chance to live here again.

Welcome to Brow Wood, a master planned community for active adults being built on beautiful Lookout Mountain. Brow Wood features maintenance-free living with custom homes, architecturally-designed homes and townhomes on the Western Brow, and a “front porch” neighborhood on the Woodland’s side with cottages, independent living options and a comprehensive, state-of-the-art Assisted Living facility with home health service options.

Covenant alumni, parents and friends are invited out to Brow Wood to "Chill on the Hill," Saturday, October 6 from 2-4 p.m. Enjoy complimentary Clumpies ice cream and learn more about what Brow Wood has to offer.

Located just one mile south of Covenant College - follow the signs and look for the balloons! For more information, call 423-504-6431.

For those who cannot attend Saturday, there will be an Open House at Brow Wood Sunday, October 7 from 2-4 p.m.

(In case of rain, the event will be cancelled.)
