Covenant College junior point guard Liz Martin of Moon Township, PA, has been named the Appalachian Athletic Conference Player of the Week for her performance in both of Covenant's victories last week.

In wins over Bryan College and King College, Liz averaged 20 points, 4.5 rebounds, 7 assists, and 2.5 steals. She was 5-for-10 from three-point range.

The Lady Scots are 14-4 overall and 7-2 in conference play.
