Justin Holcomb to Speak at Marriage, Family & Community Conference
Beginning Wednesday, February 22, 2012, Covenant will host its annual Marriage, Family and Community Conference, with Justin Holcomb speaking. Holcomb is a pastor at Mars Hill Church, an adjunct professor at Reformed Theological Seminary, and executive director of the Resurgence, an organization committed to equipping Christians for ministry.
"Justin Holcomb offers sensitive, thoughtful and powerful teaching on how the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ can bring healing and restoration to those who have suffered the pain of sexual abuse,” says Covenant Chaplain Aaron Messner. “It is my hope that his teaching will not only be a healing balm for those who have suffered abuse in their own past, but also that it would equip our entire community to more faithfully minister the gospel of grace to a hurting world."
