Covenant College's Lady Scots basketball team moved into the top 25 in the NAIA Division II national rankings on February 13, 2008.

Defeating Milligan College, the Lady Scots have also claimed the #1 ranking in the Appalachian Athletic Conference.

They advanced from #21 to #18 in the nation in the most recent Victory Sports Network poll.

The team is now 21-5 overall and 14-2 in conference play. They face off next against King College on February 20.
