Dr. Daniel K. Williams to Present Academic Lecture Series

Covenant College is pleased to welcome Dr. Daniel K. Williams as the lecturer for the annual Academic Lecture Series, beginning March 20, 2017. Dr. Williams is associate professor of history at the University of West Georgia.

 

After receiving a BA in history and classics from Case Western University, Williams went on to earn his MA and PhD in history from Brown University. He is the author of God’s Own Party: The Making of the Christian Right and Defenders of the Unborn: The Pro-Life Movement Before Roe v. Wade, both published by Oxford University Press. He was a visiting fellow in the James Madison Program at Princeton University in 2011.

 

The academic lectures are free and open to the public.
