Neal Conference Brings Rev. Stafford Carson, Musician Andrew Peterson
Covenant College hosts the annual Neal Conference on True Spirituality September 14-18, 2009, with guest speaker Rev. Stafford Carson and guest musician Andrew Peterson.
Rev. Carson is the pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Portadown, Northern Ireland. He is a graduate of the University of Ulster, Queen's University, Belfast, and Westminster Theological Seminary. He previously served as executive vice president of Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, and he serves as the moderator for the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ireland. Andrew Peterson is a singer-songwriter with a Top 10 radio hit, "Nothing to Say," and a Dove Award nomination for the song "Family Man" under his belt. Peterson has recorded a dozen albums, the most recent being "Appendix C: Live with the Captains Courageous." He is also an author, having penned three books including North!
