Covenant College women's soccer player Kalie Estrada '09 broke Covenant's record for most goals scored in a career on October 14, 2008. She has scored 58 goals.

Her record-breaking performance came in a match against Judson College, and helped lead Covenant to a 13-0 win. Estrada, who had tied the record in a previous game, broke it early in the match against Judson. She went on to extend her newly-held record to 58 career goals, scoring two more times in the first half.

Her record-breaking performance fell on Senior Day, when the team's seven seniors were honored. For Estrada, this was an added bonus. "It feels really good because it's kind of a weight off my shoulders," said Estrada. "It was fun doing it on Senior Day. . . I couldn't have done it without my teammates."

The Lady Scots' next match comes at home against Martin Methodist College at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 21.
