Global Gospel Advancement Week, Nov. 17-21



Covenant College welcomes keynote speaker Dr. Michael Oh and guest speakers Roger and Abi Lowther for Global Gospel Advancement Week, November 17-21, 2008.

 

Global Gospel Advancement Week is an annual time at Covenant to focus our thoughts on God's work in the global community. This year, Dr. Oh will share his own story of calling to missions and theological training in a cross-cultural setting, and the Lowthers will share how they use the arts in their work.

Dr. Michael Oh is the president and founder of Christ Bible Seminary in Japan. He earned a master's degree in East Asian Studies at Harvard University, is a teaching elder in the PCA, and is a member of the Lausanne Committee for World Evangelization. He and his family serve in Nagoya, Japan.

 

Roger and Abi Lowther are both acclaimed musicians, using their gifts to serve as missionaries in Chiba, Japan.

 

All events are free and open to the public.
