Favorite place on campus
My favorite place on campus is the Student Senate office. It is quiet so one can study and take care of certain Senate responsibilities. But it is also near a lot of walking traffic so it is a great place for friends to "pop in" and hang out.

Why did you choose Covenant?
I wanted to attend Covenant from the time I was in sixth grade. I've had many friends and mentors who were Covenant alumni. These people exemplified Christian character and spoke highly of Covenant. I wanted to walk in their footsteps and learn at the same institution.

How is Covenant unique?
The community among peers and the love of the faculty and staff makes Covenant unique. This truly feels like home.

What has been your favorite experience at Covenant?
The greatest experiences at Covenant are hard to quantify. My favorite experiences are when everyone is relaxed and getting to know one another. This can be at a soccer game, watching movies in a room, listening to a concert, or talking to friends on the hall. You will not realize that these are the best times until you are separated from them.

What is your favorite class?
My favorite class is Macroeconomics with Dr. Fikkert. The spring of 2009 was the best time to study economics, given current events, and Dr. Fikkert makes the class enjoyable with his unique humor.

What person at Covenant has had the greatest impact on you?
Professor Dodson has impacted my life in a profound way. He pushes me harder than any other teacher, he is passionate about what he teaches, and he is dedicated to his students. His classes are full of colorful life lessons and applicable material. His sarcasm is hilarious, dry, and endearing. He is the reason I am an accounting concentration.

What's your favorite part of the day?
My favorite part of the day is when all my roommates are in the room and we can be joking around, doing homework, or having a serious conversation. You never know what is going to happen, but you don't want to miss it.
