Summer Visits (May – August)
We would love to have you visit this summer and enjoy our beautiful campus during the warmer weather! Visits during the summer months will include a brief meeting with the Associate Director of Admissions and a campus tour with one of our Admissions Representatives. Since we do not have classes or chapel over the summer you are welcome to come back in the fall or spring when classes and chapel are back in session. (Financial Aid, Records Office and occasionally athletic coach meetings may also be scheduled over the summer.)
Summer Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

Meet the Associate Director of Admissions
This is usually a half-hour meeting with our Associate Director of Admissions, Sarah Ocando. She will get to know you, answer questions and give a brief "introduction" to Covenant through explaining Covenant's motto and mission as a Christ-centered liberal arts college.
Take a Campus Tour
We allow an hour and a half for this walking tour of campus, given by one of our Admissions Representatives. The tour will highlight the major buildings on campus and explain some of its history. Your Admissions Representative will also be able to share more about life at Covenant and discuss the application process, academics and campus community.
Meet with a Financial Aid Advisor
A meeting with one of our financial aid advisors is scheduled for seniors or by request. This meeting will give you more detailed information about applying for FAFSA, loans and scholarships and the basic information about tuition and fees for the next academic year.
Meet with Records
If you are a transfer student or have dual enrollment credit, we encourage you to have a brief meeting with our Dean of Records to discuss transfer credits. Please fax or mail your transcript ahead of time to 706-419-1179.
Saturday Visits
Saturday visits include a campus tour and lunch in the Great Hall with an Admissions Representative or a current student. Our office is open from 9:00-4:00 on Saturdays.
*Overnight stays in our residence halls are not available during the summer. However, we would love to have you back for a visit during the school year for the opportunity to stay overnight with a host student as well as the chance to sit in on classes and attend chapel service.
