COVID-19 Weekly Update - week ending 9/24/21
Covenant Community: With only three new student cases this week, I am pleased to
announce that we are returning to the original mask mandate (in chapel, indoor athletic
events, classrooms and other indoor instructional spaces) effective today.
Please continue to honor the Covenant Commitment on and off campus. We are grateful
to have weathered the spike earlier this month and hope to see numbers remain low.
The second vaccine clinic will be hosted in Barnes Gym on Friday, October 1 from 9:30a-12:30p.
A sign-up sheet will be sent out early next week. You can use this clinic for your
first shot or your second shot if it has been three weeks since your first Pfizer
shot.
Vaccinated or not, please continue to do the responsible thing and stay away from
others when you become sick and call Health Services at 706.419.1275 to set up a free
rapid test in the Health Center.
