Orientation Team

The Orientation Team (O-Team) is made up of approximately 50 returning students who are excited about welcoming you to campus. They go through an interview process and training session during the spring semester and then return to campus a week before your arrival. They go through intense training and put in long days to prepare for your arrival. The O-Team remembers their own struggles as new students and knows the importance of having a positive Orientation experience. They have been praying for you and look forward to meeting you in August!

The Core Team is made up of 8 returning Orientation Team members. The Core Team helps select and train new O-Team members for the new academic year. They meet regularly throughout the spring semester to pray and prepare for your arrival. They help create curriculum and facilitate several training sessions in the spring semester, as well as training for the O-Team in August. They also help with logistical and administrative needs involved in the planning and running of Fall and Spring Orientation.
