to open a support ticket. After you log in using your Covenant username/password you will be able to open a new support request and view/update any existing tickets we have open for you. After a ticket has been opened, any responses to emails with the ticket number will automatically be appended to the ticket information. Using this method for requesting service whenever possible will streamline the process as it will automatically put your request in our support queue and assign it to the proper technician according to the type of service requested.
