Brad Voyles serves as the Dean of Students, overseeing the direction of the student development team. By supervising, coordinating, and engaging the many different aspects of student development, Brad plays a vital role in encouraging a vibrant educational and relational environment on campus. Brad is married with three children and serves as an elder at Chattanooga Valley Presbyterian Church.

Emily Ford serves as the Associate Dean, overseeing all residence life activities, including housing, hall programs, discipline/crisis issues, and selecting and developing the residence life staff. She enjoys attending Covenant athletic events and has even participated in intramurals. Emily, her husband, and stepson attend Silverdale Baptist Church in Chattanooga.

Janet Hulsey serves as the Director of Career and Academic Development working with students who are struggling academically, need assistance with study skills, time management, learning styles and accountability or are embarking on the career and strength development stage of life. Janet and her husband are members of Rock Creek Fellowship.

Julie Moore is responsible for implementing and maintaining the student life programs, which include New Student Orientation, the Diversity Program, Practical Service Program, working with students on academic probation, and serving as a liason for Parents Council. She enjoys building relationships with students and parents and is an active member of Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church.

Barb Michal is responsible for the oversight of the Health and Counseling Services that are offered by Covenant College. She is married and has two grown children and three grandchildren. She and her husband are active participants at Chattanooga Valley Presbyterian Church.

As Coordinator of Student Leadership, Christy provides support and assistance to the Director of Student Life, overseeing new student orientation, campus clubs and organizations, campus activities, and student government. She serves as an advisor to the Student Senate, Campus Activities Board, and club/organization leaders. Christy was an RA during her time at Covenant, and has a passion to see college students grow in their relationship with the Lord and understanding of community and true leadership. She and her husband attend Rock Creek Fellowship.

Corinne Mather serves as the Coordinator for the Career Development & Placement Services Center, working with students who are still deciding on a major, starting or updating resumes, engaging in internships, or beginning the job search. She is married to Joshua Mather, the Resident Director of Carter Hall, where both enjoy developing meaningful relationships with and among students. She and her husband are members at St. Elmo Presbyterian Church.

Dot has served Covenant in the following positions: Assistant Director of Financial Aid, Work Study Coordinator, 2001-2004; Purchasing Director, 1994-2001; Administrative Assistant-Quest Program, 1990-1994. She has two grown children and eight grandchildren. Dot has a heart for serving Covenant students and enjoys teaching children at Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church through Wednesday night clubs and/or Sunday School.
