Student Grievance Form - For student-related issues, including both academic and non-academic. The file is
routed to the appropriate office based on the selections made on the form.
Employee Grievance Form - For issues or concerns pertaining to work relations or the work environment. The
file is sent directly to the Office of Human Resources.
Institutional Grievance Form - For appeals of previously filed concerns or issues. The file is sent directly to
the Office of the President.
GNPEC (Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission) Authorized School Complaint
Form - For addressing grievances when a student believes there has not been a satisfactory
resolution after exhausting all available grievance procedures established by Covenant
College. GNPEC has granted authorization for Covenant College to operate and grant
degrees in the state of Georgia. It is not an accrediting agency.
