Brad Voyles oversees the direction of the student development team. By supervising, coordinating, and engaging the many different aspects of student development, Brad plays a vital role in encouraging a vibrant educational and relational environment on campus. Brad is married with three children and serves as an elder at Chattanooga Valley Presbyterian Church.

Sarah Ocando is responsible for implementing and maintaining the student life programs, which include new student orientation, the diversity program, student leadership opportunities, and serving as a liason for Parents Council. Sarah and her husband are members of New City Fellowship East Lake.

Janet Hulsey serves as the director of academic support, working with students who are struggling academically, need assistance with study skills, time management, learning styles and accountability. Janet, her husband, and daughters are members of Rock Creek Fellowship.
Student Development Office Coordinator

Hayley Barnfield serves as the student development office coordinator. She is currently pursuing a master’s of education in curriculum and instruction from Belhaven University. Hayley coordinates the Mark 10:45 program as well as the inner workings of the Student Development Office. Hayley, her husband, and their daughter attend Harvest Bible Chapel Chattanooga.
